Pillow covers ship via UPS Ground. Fabrics can be shipped folded in a box via UPS Ground or on a bolt via FedEx Ground. (Any wrinkling that may occur from folding during shipping can be remedied with a quick iron.) Please be aware that bolt shipping costs considerably more given the oversized dimensions of the package.
All orders shipped within North Carolina will include sales tax.
International Shipping
Our fabric yardage can be shipped to any international destination, but at this time the only international destinations to which we are able to ship our pillow covers are Australia and New Zealand (we hope to be able to ship pillow covers to additional countries in the coming months).
Canada: Orders will ship folded in a box via UPS Canada Standard. If you would like to have your fabric order shipped rolled on a bolt, please call us at 910.467.7650 to place your order.
All Other Countries: Orders will ship in a box via USPS International Priority Mail.
Please note that shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties levied by the destination country; these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please also note that occasionally delivery of a package can be delayed by customs processing in the destination country.
Return Policy
Our fabrics and pillows are produced in small quantities; therefore, returns are allowed only if the product received is defective. We encourage you to
request samples of our fabrics for color matching purposes and to read about our
products to ensure your satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged contact us immediately so that we can replace your product as quickly as possible.
